Private Sessions

These sessions can be tailored and customised to your individual needs, and are particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with symptoms of anxiety, stress, insomnia and fatigue.  I'm available for sessions either in person or online via Zoom.  Length of session vary between 60, 75 and 90 minutes. Rates will vary accordingly with discounts available for block bookings of 6 or more.  Please contact me directly to discuss.

Corporate Sessions

Yoga in the workplace can be very beneficial and has been proven to improve focus and increase productivity for the workforce.  I'm available for session either in person of online via Zoom.  Suggested length of sessions are 55 minutes for in person and 45 minutes for online.  1 trial session available, then if confirmed bookings minimum for 6 weeks.  Please contact me directly to discuss rates.
